Provides information on health conditions and treatments, along with details of local NHS services in the UK.

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK

A helpline offering a supportive listening service for anyone experiencing thoughts of suicide. Available daily from 6pm to midnight. If you’re unable to connect to the main number, you can also call 0800 689 0880.

Campaign Against Living Miserably

Offers a helpline, online chat, and a range of information and support for anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts or affected by suicide.

Helplines Partnership

UK membership organisation for helplines, offering a searchable directory of support services.

Mind Recovery Net

Provides information on recovery colleges across the UK, including a searchable directory of available providers.

Nightline Association

Provides contact details for helplines and listening services available at universities and colleges throughout the UK.

Relay UK

Offers a talk/type relay service for individuals who have difficulty hearing or being understood during phone calls. Call charges for using this service will vary depending on your telephone service provider.

Samaritans

Samaritans are available 24/7 for anyone who needs someone to talk to. Some branches also welcome in-person visits. For Welsh speakers, there's a dedicated Welsh Language Line available daily from 7pm to 11pm at 0808 164 0123.You can also write to them by post at:
