If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek urgent help through one of the dedicated emergency resources listed below.

Many of these services are available 24/7 and can provide immediate support, guidance, and intervention when it's needed most.

National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK

A helpline offering a supportive listening service for anyone experiencing thoughts of suicide. Available daily from 6pm to midnight. If you’re unable to connect to the main number, you can also call 0800 689 0880.

Campaign Against Living Miserably

Offers a helpline, online chat, and a range of information and support for anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts or affected by suicide.

Samaritans
