He let me rant on a little bit and I never felt like I couldn't speak. He was always willing to sit and listen to my answers, and if there were topics I didn't want to answer he made sure to move on. So good, we already had a diagnosis for our 14 year old daughter but urgently needed to start treatment. They saw us within one week and we had medication delivered within a couple of days.
