I have attended two training courses… I have attended two training courses (diagnosis, medication and management of ADHD) as a professional, on the recommendation of another member of our MDT. I was super-impressed. The delivery was very easy to engage with (presentations, group discussion and feedback, opportunity for plenty of questions, etc). By far the best experience so far, within 2 days I was given support and answers that i've been waiting to hear as some who was put on the waiting list for 2 years. The customer service team were fantastic. Responded quickly and never skipped any important information I had. They always answered any questions I had. Oliver was amazing in the assessment. He let me rant on a little bit and I never felt like I couldn't speak. He was always willing to sit and listen to my answers, and if there were topics I didn't want to answer he made sure to move on.
