Amazing he spoke calmly and listened and at points were I'd lost my thought and forgotten the questions he would calmly repeat them and give me time to answer, his professionalism was incredible and he explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. By far the best experience so far, within 2 days I was given support and answers that i've been waiting to hear as some who was put on the waiting list for 2 years.
